Corner Shop cafe was re-opened in 2011 with a fresh design, as well as the familiar tasty food from its past. Chef Jaime Suarez whips up a variety of dishes that will please any palate and leave no culinary craving unfulfilled.
Located on the historic corner of Broadway and Bleecker, our cafe is thought by many to have once been the studio of the famous civil war photographer, Matthew Brady. Brady took many well-known photographs in that workshop, including an iconic picture of Abraham Lincoln that was used in his successful 1860 presidential campaign.
